“Engagement Run!”, Wevox’s engagement improvement academy, has launched a new course called “ER Connect'', created for the purpose of intercompany communication and exchange.
Engagement Run! is an online academy for knowledge and expertise in work engagement and organizational development.

Participants are matched with other participants in small groups such as 2-person or 3-person groups, according to the company's wishes. Here, people can share their company’s activities and discuss any problems they may be having.
Some academy participants who met through ER Connect have gotten together outside of class to hold study sessions and offline meetings.
