The organizational platform Wevox has launched a new Job Crafting Course as part of an 8-week video learning program called Engagement Run! Booster (called "Booster" going forward). This program promotes daily behavioral change and habit formation through an 8-week learning program. Users watch 10-15 minutes of videos every week and reflect on them afterward, to establish a cycle of applying what they've learned to daily actions. It is recommended for those who want to gradually develop a learning habit and for managers who want to learn the basics of engagement improvement activities.
