Atrae is pleased to announce the introduction of a Restricted Stock (RS) plan for all employees with long-term tenure, as well as the issuance of new shares.

Under this initiative, all employees with 10 or more years of service will be granted Atrae shares based on their annual salary levels. These shares will be subject to transfer restrictions until retirement, with the aim of supporting employees’ medium to long-term wealth accumulation while further pursuing the maximization of corporate value in collaboration with our valued stakeholders, including our shareholders.
