Atrae combined corporate data from "eol," a business information database provided by I-N Information Center, with engagement data from Wevox to analyze the relationship between DEIB indicators and employee engagement across Japan's listed companies.

The results show a positive correlation between the percentage of women in management and employee engagement, even after accounting for differences in industry, company size, and revenue growth.

On July 14, 2026, Atrae will host a workshop titled "Women's Empowerment Indicators and Organizational Health: Understanding the Connection," based on these findings.
