Atrae has validated a model examining how experiential learning through extracurricular activities in university connects to work engagement via self-understanding and Person-Environment (P-E) fit. The findings show that both the quality of extracurricular experience and the individual's level of self-understanding are key factors in achieving high work engagement after joining a company.
The research will be presented at the American Psychological Association Annual Convention on August 6, 2026.
