Atrae, Inc. (“Company/we”) mainly engages in business in the HR Tech field. Based on the philosophy that we are in a position to set an example for the appropriate handling of personal information, we recognize the importance of the appropriate handling of personal information and have established a privacy policy. Our board members and employees will work together to comply with this policy. Furthermore, with these measures, we will do our utmost to protect personal information and the rights and interests of individuals.
Acquisition
In acquiring personal information, we will specify the purpose of use of such information to the extent possible, and acquire the personal information to the extent necessary for achievement of that purpose. We will take necessary measures to achieve that purpose.
When we acquire personal information directly from the individual in writing, we will notify the person of our company name, the name of the Personal Information Protection Manager and their contact information, and purpose of use, etc., and acquire the personal information to the extent necessary.
Use
Personal information shall be used within the scope of the purpose of use. Moreover, to avoid out-of-purpose use, we will establish procedures to take necessary countermeasures and carry those out.
Management
We will manage the personal information we hold by appropriate methods and will not provide it to a third party* without the consent of the identifiable person. *This means the same as a third party as referred to in Article 27 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
Measures for Managing the Security of Personal Information
We will manage the personal information we hold accurately and in an up-to-date manner within the scope necessary for the purpose of use, and will take reasonable safety measures to prevent and correct any risk of leaking, loss, or damage of personal information.
Outsourcing of Handling
When we outsource services of handling personal information, we will obligate by agreement the outsourcing contractor not to allow leaks or provide the information to a third party, and the like, and will carry out appropriate management of the outsourcing contractor.
Handling of Anonymized Personal Information
When preparing anonymized personal information, we will conduct proper processing in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations, as well as take the proper security management measures simultaneously.
When providing anonymized personal information, we will publicly announce the information as needed appropriately, in accordance with the laws and regulations.

Handling of Pseudonymized Personal Information
We will prepare pseudonymized personal information (information relating to an individual that can be prepared in a way that renders it not possible to identify a specific individual unless collated with other information). When we prepare pseudonymized personal information in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations, we will conduct proper processing and take measures to manage the security of the pseudonymized personal information. We will use pseudonymized personal information for the purpose of (1) research and development of new business, services or products, etc., and (2) analysis and integration of data involving individual services, in addition to the respective purposes of use relating to each item of personal information that was the source for the creation of the pseudonymized personal information (for more specific description, see “On Handling of Personal Information” below).

Compliance
We will comply with the laws and regulations relating to the handling of personal information, guidelines, and other codes specified by the government.
Implementing Management Systems and Reconsideration of Operations
We will put in place a personal information protection management system, regularly reexamine, and improve the system continuously.

We use the personal information of customers who undergo stress checks using Wevox Stress Check (“Services”) within the scope of the following purposes. If we need to use your information for a purpose not listed below, we will: - Obtain your consent first if we collect your information directly, - Publicly announce the new purpose before we use your information through other means.
Sensitive personal information will not be acquired without the prior consent of the individual, except as required by law.

If an identifiable person requests notification of the purpose of use, disclosure or deletion, etc., correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties (“disclosure or deletion, etc.”), we shall conduct an internal investigation of the personal information and respond without delay. *However, depending on the content of the request, there may be cases where we cannot comply with the disclosure or deletion, etc. In such cases, we will also provide the reason for our conclusion.
When making a request for disclosure or deletion, etc., please submit your request by postal mail following the instructions below. If there is any incomplete or missing information in the request, we may not be able to accept your request. Please note that for each request for disclosure or deletion, etc. of personal information, you will be required to pay a handling fee of 1,000 JPY by registered mail for sending cash.
